Boardblog Raisa

Dear reader!

Time really does fly! For almost half a year we’ve been the board of this study association, and what a ride it’s been. In these 5 months I’ve gained so many experiences and have been able to meet so many new people. I’ve gotten to learn more about myself and am developing new skills and interests that I didn’t know I had before.

In the past 5 months we have organised so many fun drinks, parties, trips, workshops, lectures and more activities! In the beginning of the association year, it was a little more difficult due to the constantly changing COVID-19 rules, which led to us having to adapt and improvise with our upcoming activities. Luckily, most of the activities could be held offline. I’m very grateful for that.

I am also grateful for the committees and their understanding and help when activities were delayed or we needed to improvise and more! But I’m also grateful for my board, the other 5 girls that work hard every day to make SPiN a success. We have developed a very tight bond which I care about a lot. It’s nice to go through this exciting time together. It has so many highlights and sometimes of course also lows.

Looking back, I’m still super grateful for this board year and I’m happy I chose to do this. I still stand behind my choice. During my application I tried imagining wat a board year would be like, but now that I’m experiencing it myself, I can honestly say, it’s been the best year I’ve had in quite a while!

We look forward to the upcoming months, the upcoming events and the joyful times! If you have any questions about a board year or about my function specifically (Secretary), don’t be afraid to text me or send me an email via!

Will I see you at our next activity?

Much love,
